Marketing Brain Build
Your marketing, trained into your own AI.
I set up a marketing brain inside your AI account: your offer, voice and proof in one place, with tested skills drafting on a schedule. You approve everything, and you own all of it.
What it is
A Marketing Brain is a trained member of your marketing team. It knows your offer, pricing, customers, voice and proof.
Its skills turn that knowledge into drafts on a schedule: a week of content from one conversation, a Monday competitor brief, a weekly fix list for how your site shows up in Google and AI answers, a proposal from a discovery call.
The formula: project + skills + connectors + a schedule.
How it works
The folder is the source of truth, so the brain moves with you if you ever switch AI tools.
- 01
Brain folder in your Drive
Offer, pricing, ideal client, voice rules, best work, proof, customer words, competitors, buyer questions.
- 02
Claude project
Instructions and guardrails; reads the folder every run; passes a 20-question test.
- 03
Marketing skills
One or three, picked in the Brain Audit.
- 04
Schedule
Weekly runs, switched on after 10 clean manual runs.
- 05
Drafts land in Drive
Posts, briefs, fix lists.
- 06
You approve
Nothing sends on its own.
- 07
Learnings file
Your edits feed the next run.
What you get
Brain folder
12 source files in your Drive
Claude project
Instructions written to a 12-point checklist, connected to the folder
Voice skill
Voice rules drawn from your best work, plus 10 rewrite rounds with you
Marketing skills
One or three, each tested over 10 clean manual runs
Scheduled runs
One per skill, each ending in a draft for your approval
Learnings file
A running log each skill updates after your edits
Runbook
One page on what runs when and who approves
Recorded handoff
60 minutes, plus a 30-day check-in
Skill menu
Content atomizer
One call transcript becomes a newsletter draft and a week of posts.
Search and AI visibility fix list
A weekly check of how your site answers buyer questions.
Competitor brief
A Monday summary of what competitors changed.
Customer research
Customer language and objections from reviews, forums and calls.
Proposal builder
A discovery call becomes a priced proposal draft.
Sales call coach
Each recorded call scored, with a follow-up email draft.
Feedback digest
Reviews and survey replies sorted into needs and fixes.
Two rules every build follows
01
No schedule before 10 clean runs.
A run is clean when you'd send the draft with light edits only.
02
No send without a person.
Every scheduled job ends in a draft for your yes.

Common questions
Do I need Claude?
Yes, a paid Claude plan in your name. Your brain folder lives in your Drive, so it moves with you if you change tools.
Who owns it?
You do. Every file, skill and schedule lives in your accounts from day one.
How much of my time does it take?
About 6 hours across the build, most of it in voice rounds.
Can I skip the audit?
Yes. A build can start on its own; the audit is the lower-commitment first step.
What about my data?
Before any files go in, I confirm your account's setting for training AI models on your chats is off. Health, financial and personal records stay out of the brain.
