RecruitScope
SaaS diagnostic, built in-house. Solo: strategy and positioning, scoring engine and build, content and lead funnel.
Staffing agencies rarely lack tools. They lose hours in the gaps between them. RecruitScope scores the desk cycle instead of the software stack, then keeps every recommendation inside the systems already paid for.

- 5 categories
- Scored across the desk cycle
- 3 verdicts
- Build, Quick win, or Maintain
- $3,500+
- What a human-led audit costs instead elsewhere
The situation
Agencies already own the right systems, but sourcing, job posting, outreach, and database redeployment still run on manual work and recruiter memory. The tools aren'tt the problem, the gaps around them are, and nobody can see where the hours go.
The strategic decision
Take a sourcing-first lens. Score the recruiting desk cycle rather than the tech stack, and keep every recommendation inside the tools already in place, so the output is an operational fix instead of a software pitch.
What was built
- A five-category scored self-assessment: sourcing capacity, job posting and applicant flow, candidate outreach, database and redeployment, and full-circle recruiting
- Scoring logic that lands each desk in Build, Quick win, or Maintain
- A report with specific recommendations tied to existing systems
- Positioning, content, and a lead path from free diagnostic into paid work
Outcome
Live and validated, with traction still forming. Agencies that ran it confirm the read on their stack is accurate, the recommendations are specific and usable, and the report has real depth.
Proof
The live diagnostic and its scoring logic, positioned in the gap between free generic quizzes and human-led audits that start at $3,500 from other agencies.
