Work

TEDDYco Media

Digital marketing agency, Quincy, Illinois. Website rebuild and migration, WordPress to Lovable, plus brand and SEO groundwork.

An agency with real depth in Google Ads, Meta, and brand management, on a site that read like a service list. The rebuild put their client-first philosophy and their specialties where a small business owner could see both.

The situation

The existing WordPress site was dated and awkward to maintain, so it went stale. It talked about what the company does rather than how it serves the businesses it works with, and it left the specialties that win the work, Google Ads management and certification, Meta management and paid social, and online brand management, hard to find. Their belief that they operate as an extension of a client team was nowhere on the page.

The strategic decision

Rebuild rather than patch, and organize the site around how a small business owner decides. Lead with the partnership, name the three specialties plainly, and put the team on the page, because in a market like west-central Illinois the people are the differentiator. Then hand over the keys so content stops depending on a developer.

What was built

  • A full rebuild and content migration from WordPress onto a faster, mobile-first platform
  • Fresh branding applied across the site, anchored to their line, Building brands people remember
  • Information architecture ordered around Google Ads, paid social, and online brand management
  • SEO metadata across every page, plus infrastructure for blog and newsletter publishing
  • Team bios for Denise, Teresa, Erin, Jaylyn, and Jairyn, with web credited to me
  • Administrative access and a walkthrough so the team edits content directly
  • An AI content assistant configured with their brand kit, voice guidelines, and content history

Outcome

The site now reads the way the agency actually works: customer first, partnership over vendor, with the specialties visible in the first scroll. The team owns their own updates through direct admin access, and content stays on voice because the assistant was configured with their brand kit rather than left generic. The project moved into an ongoing scope covering maintenance, content growth, and SEO.

Proof

A launched site the client maintains themselves, and a project that continued into a retainer rather than ending at handoff.

The same standard runs through every build: strategy set and executed by the person who wrote it, with nothing lost between the plan and the launch.
